Subscribing to the Direct Assist® software is easy, just follow these steps:

1. Download and install the Direct Assist® software to your Java (MIDP 2.0) enabled mobile phone. The easiest way to do this is to open your mobile phone's browser and head to:

2. Once you have the Direct Assist® software up and running on your mobile phone, select the offer below which best caters to your needs and follow the on-screen prompts.
   

   

3. Upon completion of the subscription process, you will be supplied with a Software Key. This will be presented on-screen with a confirmation letter & tax invoice to be posted to the email address provided during sign-up. Please record your Software Key and store in a safe place.

   Please Note: Sharing your software key will invalidate your registration.

4. Now, returning to your mobile phone, simply open the Direct Assist® software and select the 'Enter Software Key' option from the Main Menu. Once your Software Key has been successfully verified against our server this process will be complete.
