Ever since I heard of Direct Assist, I was curious to know how it worked and, I immediately sought to download the software on to my I-mate Smart Phone 2. It took me several attempts (only because i am not internet and or tech savvy at all). After getting the guidance from the GoConnect help desk, I successfully downloaded the software and attempted to utilise my free trials.

I am now a true believer and a convert to Direct Assist.

Goodbye 1223 call connect and all the other directories. I shall never visit another telecom directory again. Thanks to the savings I have made through Direct Assist.

Direct Assist is the ONLY multi-country telephone directory search tool that has a phone-based element, and as such deserves credit for saving the consumer from the extortionate charges of the commercial number search companies... The system loads quickly, and based on the addition of just 2 or 3 fields of information you are ready to "Search"... A nice addition is the facility to save the number(s) found directly to your Contacts... Worth the $30 AUS asking price, even if you only use Directory Enquiries occasionally!

"After downloading Direct Assist I was pleasantly surprised at just how easy this little app was to use. The International search capabilities are a great bonus, and the free addition of UK directories (in October sometime) will make my purchase more than worthwhile. The only thing that I've found a little strange was the 'browser mode' option where you perform your searches via a built in browser. This option is slow and a real pain to use. Stick to their 'direct assist mode' and you'll surely be impressed (with 6 free trials you've nothing to lose anyhow)!"
